Personal data we process
Through our cytology request form we process the veterinarian’s surname and the e-mail address given for receiving results. No other form field is personal data of a natural person.
Purpose
To carry out the requested examination, issue the results, and for invoicing.
Recipients and location
Personal data may be processed by our service providers (website, e-mail and, where we arrange shipment, a courier). All processing takes place within the EU.
Retention
Request-form submissions are deleted 30 days after submission. Personal data contained in accounting documents is kept for 5 years.
Cookies
No analytics or tracking cookies. The website sets only functional cookies, including remembering clinic details you choose to save for the request form. The request form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which may set a cookie for that purpose.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing: info@vetcyto.com
